Chain Reaction Cycles - website woes?

Postby nezumi » Mon Sep 02, 2013 12:59 pm

I have a nice shopping list top fill, and I have been trying to use CRC to fill it.

I have everything queued up in my basket (fortunately), but since Saturday I haven't been able to browse the actual website/catalogue at all.

Is anyone else have trouble, or am I an isolated case?

Looks pretty screwed to me.
I ride, therefore I am.

Wasn't that long ago that they relaunched - though you could try clearing your browser cookies and cache, restarting the browser (clicking through to CRC from the forums of course) and see if that solves it. If you still get problems - let me know your browser and OS - I can try and send to CRC though they have not been very responsive lately.

Thanks guys! I have now placed the order for pedals and mudguards (plus a camelbak reservoir) for my shiny new commuter.

There was a quirk on the weekend, while you were shopping with CRC and loading stuff into the basket it kept timing out on your sign-in and creating new baskets. However once you signed in again whatever was in the temporary basket moved to the original basket. There's a lot of extra steps in whatever you do now and time-outs, I bookmarked the list of brands because it took so long to get to. Change happens.
