Fulcrum zero and Campy Zonda Freehub question

Postby rodneycc » Thu Sep 14, 2017 1:23 pm

I'm currently eyeing off a set of Fulcrum Racing Zero Carbon's but it has a Campy freehub on them.

I have a set of Campy Zonda's (with a Shimano freehub). Is it possible to transfer it over (I.e is this Zonda Shimano Freehub compatible with the Fulcrum Zero Carbon wheel).

I think it should be good but looking for confirmation. I know the Racing 5s an 7s have a different freehub to the Zero's just not sure about the Zonda's.

Thanks.

Equivalent-level Campagnolo and Fulcrum hubs use the same parts, but there can be differences between levels.
I had a thought, but it got run over as it crossed my mind.

Check the diameter of the axle on the Zondas - if it is 17mm, you should be right.

Post up a photo of the hub/axle.
