The 2002 Bobbit rim from Sun Rims is for tubeless tyres. Simply seal the rim with a bit of tape (on top of the spoke holes), fit the tyre on and pump it up.

No need for any special liquids or chemicals as the nature of the tyres' rubber will mean the rubber will seal most holes vastely reducing flats. It is actually a 2002 product but production has increased.
