Cycling ACT

Cycling ACT is the controlling body for cycling competition in the Australian Capital Territory. We are affiliated to, and governed by, the rules of the world controlling body, the UCI, and the national body, Cycling Australia. Cycling ACT has 6 affiliated clubs and 430 affiliated members. We offer road, track race programmes for various categories of rider, from under 11 boys and girls to Masters, both Men and Women, over 65. Newcastle Cycleways Movement Inc is a band of people committed to improving conditions for cycling in Newcastle. NCM was formed in 1977, the first bicycle user group in the state, to work with State and Local Government bodies to improve bicycle facilities in the Greater Newcastle Area. Its aims are to promote the safe responsible use of bicycles for transport, leisure and fitness.
