The Gawler Wheelers are a road cycling group based in Gawler, South Australia. A regular Social Group Ride is held every Saturday morning. All riders are welcome (age 16+ only).
Based in the central northern coastal region of Tasmania the club draws members from the region around the the city of Devonport. The club has a very strong focus on the encouragement and development of young cyclists. We host a very popular “Come & Try” program to encourage kids to have a go at track cycling. We are a road cycling group that get together 3 times a week for regular rides here in Hobart. Its a social group that meet at the Dome Restaurant in Sandy Bay, our rides are all weather permitting and its not super fast (avg 25 – 30 kms p/h), and you know what the best part is … the coffee and chat at the end. The Blue Mountains BMX Club is situated in Wilson Street Lawson and was formed in 1981. We have club meetings every 2nd Saturday. Starting times vary, so check our calendar for sign on times, as it can vary in winter and summer day-light saving time. You can ring the HOT LINE on 1902260501 for race times. We have Gate Starts (under lights) most Wednesday nights starting from 6:30pm and finishing between 7:30 and 8:30pm depending on attendance. The Club caters for cyclists who are over 55 years of age ranging from beginners to experienced riders. There are currently some 250 members of whom approximately 100 members meet every Wednesday for nine categories of group rides. The Hills Triathlon Club is an energetic and friendly club located in the Hills district of Sydney. Hills offers year round cycle sessions for beginners through to elite athletes, this in connection with training sessions that combine multiple disciplines you’ll be able to quickly build your fitness base that will put you ahead of the pack at the Hills Tri Series and the Sydney Duathlon Series.
We have an enthusiastic club committee with a focus on new trails and trail advocacy and a downhill sub-committee overseeing the development of downhill trails and events at Wellington Mills. Cross Country (XC) riding and social events have not been forgotten and will be pursued as well.
