Ausbike 2010 Roundup

AusBike is Australia’s largest and only bicycle public and trade Show and in it’s second year – it has just closed up in Melbourne after one public (open) day and two trade only days.

The range of products was broad and covered road, track, time trial, mountain bikes, cross country, BMX, trials, kids, toddlers, unicycles and kids carriers, plus more accessories and gear to go with you your bike or workshop.

Many Australian and interntional companies choose AusBike to show off their new 2011 range of products so Australian got the first look at the new Bont range, Zipp’s new wheelsets, and Shimanos new 105 groupset among others. Bicycles Network Australia on location the get the scoop and during this week we publish news and photos from the show.

At the show it was obvious that Australia is a very competitive market – the staff at all stands were very forthcoming and happy and helpful in sharing information on their brands and products. It was also busy, and that meant time was in short supply.

Stay tuned for news and photos from Ausbike.
