400k Cycling Challenge for charity on May 20

The Day of Difference 400k Cycle Challenge takes participants on a tour of inner New South Wales travelling from Hornsby to the Hunter Valley, enjoying fantastic scenery over the 3 days. The ride commences on Friday 20th May 2011 and ends with a celebration at the event close on Sunday 22nd May 2011.

As an entrant, the entry fee includes entry to the 3 day ride, meals, 2 nights in luxury accommodation (triple share), a Day of Difference training kit and entry to all events held during the 3 days (such as presentation dinners, lunches etc.)

Over the last three years, Day of Difference cycling events have raised over $900,000 to help children with life threatening injuries around Australia. The 400k Challenge for Kids is new for 2011 and takes the support and interest cyclist can provide for the children and Foundation to a new level.

The Day of Difference Foundation is a national children’s charity dedicated to working for children with life threatening injuries and their families, by supporting them on the life changing journey from intensive care through to recovery. The Foundation works with sponsors and donors to build a community of support for all children and their families who are struggling with life changing critical injuries. During the past six years they have raised over $8 million for children around Australia.
