Maybe the $10 million is the annual figure, but this would make it $120 million over 12 years :? :roll:

Apparently there is only $800k in the next year. All the rest ($) is just rehashing of spending they had previously announced.

In my opinion, a perfect example of how useless BV's "softly, softly" approach has been.

What happened to the x million the Gov't has promised over the last few master plans?
