Road cycle routes around Point Cook

I'm reasonably new to Point Cook and just bought myself a new road bike after selling my MTN bike. I'm after a couple nice routes I could use. I'm not super fit as yet at 54 but I'm working on it. Maybe something between 50 to 100ks. I live in Sanctuary Lakes so I do the Boulevard circuit and I've done the bay ride between there and Williamstown a dozen or so times. Anything new would be nice.

I apologise for the late reply. This route seems a great one to do but it seems like that your riding on the freeway until the little river turn off at Cocoroc? I didn't think bikes were allowed on the freeway or is there a path near by somewhere
