i need advice for changing saddle :)

I recently purchased Excalibur 9. I am going to change the saddle.
The saddle is the most recommended, there are three things underneath .. The first expensive saddle .. I do not know what to change ...
I usually ride a bicycle a month or a lot of work (Monday ~ Friday), go to the mountains a few times, sometimes go a long distance (more than 100KM) .. I do not have a saddle ..Can you do a fun riding? ??
