Asking advice on SCHWINN BEACH CRUISER BAR

G'day all. I have a pretty standard mountain bike that I ride for short distance commuting and for exercise. Given my unfortunately advancing years, I'm 70, I have arthritis in my elbows and suffer a fair degree of pain leaning on the standard bars. I've been doing a bit of searching and came across SCHWINN BEACH CRUISER BAR which at first glance appear to promise some relief. Does anyone have experience with these bars? Any feedback is more than welcome.
