Not a Kypo, most likely a Hillman based on the fork crown H engravings and four digit serial number.

Possibly repaired and painted by Rob.

First thing that popped up on ebay was this vintage mtb - softride beam & stem + spinergy 8 spoke wheels. Definitely looking for a niche buyer with an asking price of $2,000

Good luck getting those prices. Meanwhile I barely get any interest in a Bundy-built track bike complete for $300.

There is a decent Kenevans Track on FB for $300 too. I would have grabbed it but it's a 5 hr round trip.

Maybe a Detto Pietro. They had a similar colour scheme , with crimped tube
