It’s a very formidable field of riders contesting this years Tirreno Adriatico !
Vingeegard, Asgreen, Carapaz, Healy, Kristoff, Hindley, O’Connor, Powless and about 160 others!

Froomey was lucky to even start stage 3 as he had a heavy fall at the end of stage 2, with multiple skin loss and had to get scans done for painful hand.
Then the stage turned wet and cold in Tuscany.
He finished stage 3 at the back of the field.

I hope that stage 4 is kinder to him.

He didn’t say it was impossible, just very unlikely.

So is still very delusional.

Until he can even win a Conti level event by miles, Bradbury will get another gold before he even makes the team.

Froome should just do what all over the hill cyclists do and take up gravel racing.

Worked for me.

Funny that. I noted part way through the race ticker tape (~90 min to go) that "Froome still with the Peloton".

Actually, he was 2nd last iirc.

Must be a step up, he actually finished, and in the Top 50 ......

Only 7min max away from OTL ....

Dauphine next ....
