And easily removable brakes if I win the lottery in the next year and can afford a race licence to hit the track with you

A Jim Bundy track iron that somehow escaped to the UK.

Missed this - looking good. What did it look like before you painted it?
It was dark grey with gold decals but I don't think it was the original paint. Came with a black road fork which may not have been original either.

It has a rather aggressive stance, with a long top tube for its size and a typical Bundy downwards slope (the fork has pretty generous tyre clearance by track fork standards, so the slope is not caused by the fork). The back end isn't as short as my Harry Quinn track bike, though, and the steering is quite docile compared to the HQ, which has a huge 50mm fork offset and is incredibly twitchy.

Hadn't been to the track for years.... was just collecting dust in the garage. Removed the sprinter bars & replaced with MTB risers, removed 20mm track rubber & replaced with the widest tyres that'd fit in the frame (28mm front & 25mm back). A few other bits & pieces & now I'm using it every day as a short commuter. Wheel decals were getting a bit tatty so cleaned them completely off.

Possibly, Minh did live in Melbourne for a while. Haven't seen him on the forum for ages though.
