This is really very cool for bike-rail travel. Now why could we not get Vline to consider this sort of train design - US west coast Metrolink service.

Looks a lot better than the curent V Line Velocity cars set up!

Good to see they don't use the silly front wheel only bike racks like the NZ Interislander ferry uses.

This is something they should consider in Brisbane. You can't take your bike on the train on weekdays during peak times.

The French commuter trains do it this way. No reason why some space could not be used like this on the Vline V'locity trains.
