Velodromes in Perth

Collie velodrome is still there and rideable. Not in great condition though.

I heard rumors the narrogin track is still in use as well

I had a ride on this track last Easter, recently resurfaced (asphalt) and nice gentle banks, nice day trip from Perth.

Collie velodrome is still there and rideable. Not in great condition though.

Did a couple of test lap a couple of winters ago, a bit hairy with the pot holes you have to do a good recce and then pick your line.

Thanks for the pics, that looks very nice. I might have to go have a look soon.

Certainly looks nicer than the Collie track. It's in desperate need of a resurface and looked more suitable to a CX bike when I was down there recently.

Looks good, any idea if it actually gets used? Clubs, racing, training, other?
