Cycling Perth to Sydney in June

Hi Everyone,
I know there are a lot more off these topics,
but I cant really find my answer.

I am starting next week from Perth to Sydney,
The only thing I cant seem to find out, as lot of different oppinions,
Is how much water and food should you bring, how long before resupply,
Currently I can carry about 10L of water, and plenty of room for food,
But how much should I take? 2/3/4/5 days of food and water?

I want to do it in 28 days, as that is the challenge.
And any other advice or always appreciated.
I am 21 and pretty new to long distance,
have done 400/500km trips but always with every day supply possibility.

I just finished Perth - Adelaide last week and 8 litres of water lasted me less than 24 hours. Of course water use is personal, and so much depends on the wind. Water points are so scarce and if you get a week of headwinds you may get in trouble. My blog had a bit more on this as does many others already suggested.

You have a picked a pretty good time to go in that its cooler and the winds should be lights in theory. Its cold at night on the Nullarbor so be prepared for temperatures 4-8 degrees Celsius at night.
