I have chondromalacia patella...

Postby Wayfarer » Wed Nov 17, 2010 1:56 am

and it sucks :( Missus doctor says 'oh no, your knees are looking fine, you're a young healthy individual and you have nothing to worry about'. Thanks, but three straight years of this crappy feeling when i walk aint normal. So i went to a real physician, and the physio told me i have this thing with a big name that i had to write down so i dont forget.

Anyone else have a delightful experience with this horrible knee problem? I was told to do the most boring exercises to fix it... If anyone can also contribute a decent Sydney bike fitter( with cleat proper positioning), that'd be optimal too..
What are these salesmen peddling?

I was just looking around on the Sheldon Brown site and found this:

Sounds like the guy has the same problem.
