Has anyone seen any map of the proposed works at the Reid Highway end? Just a little concerned we will be queuing up at the busy intersection.
Unless the easier route is to swap back over to the west side at Erindale...

I've been wondering that myself, as a commuter to/from the CBD/northern burbs. The project https://www.mainroads.wa.gov.au/project ... eway-path/ is Civic Place to Reid yet the map only goes as far north as Erindale.

From driving past it looks like the path will run alongside Balcatta Rd to the Reid Hwy intersection, where you have to cross at the existing crossing. There doesn't appear to be any work (or space) for it to drop down to freeway level and go under Reid Hwy.

The view from the train supports that assessment.mount_street wrote: ↑Thu Dec 01, 2022 10:40 pmFrom driving past it looks like the path will run alongside Balcatta Rd to the Reid Hwy intersection, where you have to cross at the existing crossing. There may be some more being built on the east side between there and Greenwood but it’s not clear from here!

I live close by and drive past often and from what I can tell with the earthworks etc, the bike path does extend north past Erindale along the eastern side of the freeway.

It's odd.... I can see works just north of Warick Train station and then the works happening at Reid Hwy intersection
