Broken double eyelet on inside of rim.

I have a 2004 Trek 4300. The rear wheel was slightly out of true and I decided to have a look at it on Sunday.

The rim has double eyelets and on the spoke where the wheel is out, the eyelet on the inside of the rim has broken... therefore the spoke is loser and, in turn, this is why the rim is slightly out.

Now, it is not really worth spending real money on fixing, so can I just true it as is? Or, can I just find a washer to put in there instead? Etc etc.
