First post, so please go easy on me.

I need to grab some new cycle gear, I dont fit into my old stuff and have been forced into action by pity for the othets on my commute who have to see me in old, worn out things.

Where would you suggest I go? Happy to get some decent stuff as I'll use it a lot. Not sure where stocks much to try, I dont want to buy online because I want to know if it fits.

Throw suggestions at me.

Oh, I live near 17 mile rocks and ride to work near New Farm most days.

If trying on before buying is a must I’d try any 99bikes for the more economical gear, although 99bikes isn’t as some decent stuff online..
for the high end gear you can try the cycle closet in fortitude valley for the eye watering gear like Maap and Assos.. then everything will look cheap in comparison.

What is the budget for a pair of bibs/jersey?
