Everyone ^^^ is smashing it, love to see it! :)

2641km with 20,218m of up over here.

The last month has been a struggle with a lot more days than usual off the bike. I've been on annual leave where I was planning to do lots of riding, but ended up with pneumonia in the first week and subsequently felt like crap for week two of leave as well.

To compound things, some routine blood tests have revealed my haemoglobin levels are quite low. Here I was thinking I may be overdoing things.
Bugger. :( hope you are recovering better.

Was going to do some zwift today. Nup left the appletv remote at home.
Tried a few appletv android phone remote apps.
They all had very bad reviews. I now understand why. Full of ads you cant avoid and none connected to the bloody thing.

Yeah the weather has been alright so I've been commuting to work and back. Shorter morning commute but a longer afternoon one with a reasonable elevation percentage. Once daylight savings ends I'm not sure how I'll go because part of the route will be excluded because of locked gates.

Ah, if you get stuck in that situation any old Bluetooth mouse will also work. Or even Apple Magic Trackpad. But you need a way to pair them and I don’t know if it will auto detect. It might…

I think it will turn on without the remote.

Problem is mouse support depends on individual app developers to implement it in their apps.

3117km/47,206m.

Off on holidays to Japan for two weeks next Monday which is probably not necessarily a bad thing. Getting a bit burned out trying to beat a couple of morons in the Fulgaz challenges who can hold dead flat 300W power curves for indefinite periods despite being in their sixties. Pretty sure the equipment is an issue there.

Straight into the Tour de Brisbane five days after I'm back. It'll be interesting to see whether 'less fatigue' leads to better results than 'actual training'.

Thanks, but I am an IT dunce. I don't have any faith in my ability to achieve that.
Managed to drop back home and grabbed it after a transport to Benders.

You wonder what goes through peoples' heads to bother with that.
It must be a hollow existence.

I genuinely think this pair are too stupid/inexperienced to realise what they're doing. One guy is in his late 60's and his power curves are just dead flat between 300-320W. Uphill, downhill, on the flat. Fulgaz had a 'death ride' of 180km and he sustained 270W for six hours.

When your power curve varies by 20W over 6 hours you've got a problem. I'm half tempted just to sprint to 900W on the trainer this week and get my kid to pull the power plug, which just leaves it stuck at 900W on Fulgaz. Just as legitimate. And I'm sure the moderators of the event would care just as much.

The weather here is terrible. I think I'll have to give up on the 300km weeks and hope for better weather next week

Next week I'll be whinging about no more daylight savings, as usual. No good ever comes of that. I don't care about dark mornings, but I do like riding in the evening with some light left when I get home.

Early May you'll be officially in this thread. Then you'll have to wait till August before you have company
