The bibs got delivered yesterday. Quick 30sec look seems to be good, and chamios is well padded.

Couple of rides on them and love them. As good if not a smidge better than the Pedal Mafia ones that were double the price.

Didn’t care initially for the small outer leg pocket, but turns out to be a great stash spot for the gate/garage remote !!

Got my 3rd pair of DHB bibs and did a hunjy on them yesty.
These are just the plain aeron bibs.
I like them.
Possibly a touch more than the aeron lab goers.
Very happy.
If they last they will be my go to I think.
May get some more next time there is a sale and move on some old bibs that are filling the bib drawer.

The DHB stuff, if you get the sizing right, is pretty awesome for the price - but sometimes the sizing is a bit strange. There was a dhb aeron thermal jersey in medium that was a bit too tight for me, but a dhb aeron lab short sleeve jersey in L that really should be a bit tighter (but aeron lab stuff is supposed to be super tight, so I figured medium would be too small). Whereas when I buy castelli or pedal mafia I know exactly what I'm getting and what size fits.

At PM they have some of their old tech bibs on sale for $89. Really cheap... I've already got one so not sure I can justify another haha.

Good advice to anyone above- I got two pair at $104 ($52ea) total cost delivered from WIGGLE a month ago, delivery dragged out for 4 weeks but they got here to country Vic OK. Have 2 or 3 rides and machine washed ea. pair since then, maybe 10% less comfort than the LECOLS if you wanted to put a figure on it, but excellent comfort / value. Maybe 20mm longer in the leg but stitching / chamois appears well made and they are a steal at that money. Close to being my go toos also Warty.

What exercises have you been given for the leg? If all they want you to do are leg extensions for your quads, then that will do it - but you'll need to buy weight plates as well.

For all round leg development you'll also need to target your hamstrings, glutes and calves. The physio should be able to give you a routine that works all of those, using a resistance band, body weight exercises, and dumbbells. For all round training a set of adjustable dummbells is a better option than that bench for the money, in my opinion and takes up much less space.

Bikes Online are blowing out Marin Rift Zone mountain bikes as there is a new model coming. The outgoing model's geometry is probably a better trail bike for the majority of people, the new one has an even slacker headtube and longer suspension travel.
