I saw 41°C but it was not too bad, being in Alpe d’huez village in 41°C just walking was worse - burning hot.

It was dry when I departed at 5:30am today but poured down on the way back.

100 km both days. Wet is definitely less bad than heat.

Good work! I did a short run during a gap in the rain instead. Hopefully tomorrow's weather is better.

I didn’t like the rain, it’s too slippery and hazardous. So many leaves, bark, sticks, dirt, gravel and other rubbish and then add rain and it’s very bad.

Heat is fine once used to it, or you just go out early.

Nice this morning if a little humid towards end of ride. Left home just as heavy fog was lifting. Did Galston Gorge, Berowra Waters loop. First time in over a year. It was peaceful with only a few cars.

Took note of the weather forecast last night and checked the radar at 6am when I got up - it had been raining but looked clear. By the time I got dressed it was pouring down, so had to go to plan B and drive instead of ride to work today.

Same - I timed my run in & got to work dry. Might knock off early to get home dry

Nice out before it heated up. Home by 9am meant I managed to avoid the hot bit.

Saw a lights-only ambulance heading towards Bobbin Head just after 8am. Didn't see anyone down but there was quite a bit of traffic descending in as I came out, including a few small groups of motorbike riders heading in.

90% humidity this morning. Cloudy but was still dripping with sweat after my fairly easy and flat 11km commute. Felt like the first time I played golf in Indonesia.

Was OK when I went to the meeting. When I came out, I was looking about for the guy with the big wooden boat and lots of pets...

I looked at the BOM, I looked at the rain, I looked at the BOM and figured "It's 15 minutes home so wet I get"

Wet I got. Oh yes indeedy. THe racktop bag full of Stuff and the side panniers are drying out. The waterproof bags the Stuff was in are not as waterproof as one would like so I need to sort that out.

At least it was 15 minutes and not the 70 minute ride from work!
