My thoughts toofind_bruce wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 8:16 pmHas it really come to the Herald Sun being a reliable source?
Has he actually bashed his wife or is this yet another delay tactic? Ie he hasn't actually bashed his wife

It'd be a clever move though. He'd have to stay and face those charges first. Should be able to drag that out a few years, then get a bs suspended sentence for a few more.mikesbytes wrote: ↑Thu Feb 23, 2023 8:55 pmMy thoughts toofind_bruce wrote: ↑Wed Feb 22, 2023 8:16 pmHas it really come to the Herald Sun being a reliable source?

Or, his wife is in on the sham and she refuses to testify when it finally gets to court, so the case is dropped.fat and old wrote: ↑Fri Feb 24, 2023 6:26 amIt'd be a clever move though. Fair call! But, first her parents will be dying and need constant care (2 years), then she'll get sick (18 months), then she'll drop charges (another 18 months)redsonic wrote: ↑Fri Feb 24, 2023 2:45 pmOr, his wife is in on the sham and she refuses to testify when it finally gets to court, so the case is dropped.fat and old wrote: ↑Fri Feb 24, 2023 6:26 amIt'd be a clever move though. [edit : it appears to be bureaucracy at work, most of the recent orders are ‘404ing, suggesting either a backlog or broken instructions]

An intelligent and generous person he seemed to be. 71 is far too young.
