How do you know what colour the steerer tube is? It is hidden by the head tube, spacers and headstem. :)

The bike looks good to me as is. :D

Tilt your handlebars down to the correct position.

If it was show bike I'd have red and white bar tape and a white saddle. But thats not really practical for a bike thats ridden.

For yours I would leave the cages as they are, put a red saddle on it and electric blue bar tape same colour as the head tube.

Whilst a new bar setup does look good, i wonder how effective it will be with my current lower back flexibility
