Gulping in air while using a water bottle
Postby AdelaidePeter » Thu Jun 25, 2020 10:27 pm
I feel a but silly asking, but does anyone else have a problem with this? Is there a technique to avoid it, like squirting the water into my mouth from a slight distance, instead of sucking at the bottle?

Generally, ingested air is physiological and your body deals with this with no problems. (Think about how much dissolved gas is in beer/soft drinks).

I don't particularly like fizzy drinks or beer either, for similar reasons; but how I felt the night I posted seemed worse than after drinking a lot of them.
Anyway, I have altered my drinking action and it seems to have helped.
