Heads up for Limar 104 for$119 in Melbourne Bicycle Centre.

Are there still stocks available? How do they compare with Met inferno ?

Had plenty of stock when I went in there, including different colours.

Warning on size, however.

I ended up not buying as the large ('56-61') was far too big. I am smack in the middle - my head measurement is between 58-59cm. However with this helmet there was about three centimeters of wiggle room before tightening up the inner retention system, which does okay but is just plastic and obviously flexes etc.

Ended up getting a medium atmos ('55-59') which fits incredibly well, close but not tight at all - love it. Straps are far too long but I guess you can cut them.

A large Ionos snug in nicely on me (56-61cm), but the price tag is out of my budget

Clarence Street Cyclery also had Alloy drop handlebars in various widths for $10 each (mostly in the narrower 38, 40 and 42cm widths). They had carbon bars for $20, but they were all gone by lunch time yesterday. I picked up 2 pairs of gloves for $5 each. I also got my hands on the Wrench Force pumps - very good pumps. They only have the Small and Medium sizes still, but they are plenty good. The smaller one is going to live in my Raleigh Twenty's Saddle-Bag. I expect that the longer pumps would be better for pumping tyres up to higher pressures.

Found some 26.4mm crown races ($1.50) for the cheap 1" threaded headsets!

Also, just powder coated some 27" steel rims, white and silver, $17.50 each or built into wheels for $100 pair, inc powder coated 5/6 speed hubs and chrome spokes. .

Just picked up the $19.95 Route 7 Wind Resistant Jacket from Torpedo7

Light, thin jacket but works great. Good to wear to keep the wind off, and small enough to stuff into a jersey pocket once it warms up. Watch the size tho - im usually a medium jersey but a large in this jacket. Bought on thursday night, arrived in Brisbane Monday. Nice

This was my first visit to this BSC and I was a bit disappointed with this store, as I was very underwhelmed with the elizabeth st store, I thought it wasn't even close to the Fitzroy store. Had a quick look around, asked a few questions, they seemed to need to get stock in for most things I asked about.
