It'd be a clever move though. He'd have to stay and face those charges first. Should be able to drag that out a few years, then get a bs suspended sentence for a few more.

Or, his wife is in on the sham and she refuses to testify when it finally gets to court, so the case is dropped.

Fair call! But, first her parents will be dying and need constant care (2 years), then she'll get sick (18 months), then she'll drop charges (another 18 months)

Well, the 7th has come and gone. And the Delhi High Court web page remains stubbornly unresponsive. Is it just me that can't access it?

We’ll, there’s a 24th March entry but it appears empty ??!
