For what it's worth - Green Slime (Green Slime page here).

Annually I live on a paddock for a month in the wheatbelt as part of a team of volunteers putting together an event in the bush (google "Blazing Swan").

It's SERIOUSLY double gee and caltrop country. In some years you can go a hundred meters and get half a dozen punctures. On a good year you will still get a puncture every day. Though most of my travel around site is in vehicles I still have to take to site in excess of fifty patches every year and at least one spare tube for the one week of vehicle restrictions.

Last year, for the first time ever, I gave the Green Slime stuff a run. I never had to patch. On my return I left the same tube on and did my usual urban rides, eventually replacing the tube when the tyre had run out of tread.

For context, this was on 24x1.75 tubes pumped to around 55psi and having Schraeder valves. Maybe it works on skinny high pressure tyres and Presta valves, maybe not.
