The FBD Insurance R?S Stage race in Ireland finished on Sunday with Rapha-Condor’s Simon Richardson in the leader’s yellow jersey.
The highlight was the superb teamwork shown by the Rapha-Condor riders throughout this 8-stage race. Starting with Simon’s move in the main break on stage 2, superb tactical moves on stage 5 moving Simon into yellow and selfless riding by the team to defend the lead over the last 3 days of racing.
Every member of the team rode superbly for the win and got their rewards with the overall lead in both the individual and team competitions.
