"I’m really well and I can say that I’m a little bit suprised to be in a such good physical condition. I didn’t take part in too many competitions because of illness and it means that despite of these problems I succeeded in getting ready for the Giro. Today, I was with the front group and it’s important to be in a good position to avoid being a victim of a crash and to be here in case of an attack. As far as the last climb, 3 of my team mates stay with me and it help me to be in a good position.
Tomorrow, stage’s profile is nearly same as today but the departure is back to a ascent and if leaders decide to attack it can be physically difficult and to cause some trouble in the bunch. I hope stage will go as today and that I could be with the best."
