Astana manager Johan Bruyneel has announced that Lance Armstrong won’t be the team leader at the Tour de France and says that Contador is the #1 Grand Tour rider and Levi will be Contadors lieutenant based on form from the Giro.
Bruyneel played down any inter team rivalry saying the only duel will be between Astana and the rest of teams.

Astana Cleared to Race
The UCI has cleared Astana after the teams sponsors have met their immediate finances.
The International Cycling Union said Astana provided proof it has funds in time to compete in the five-day Tour of Luxembourg starting today.
"The UCI asked for new bank guarantees from Astana," said Enrico Carpani, the governing body’s spokesman. "Astana has respected the deadline and can take the start in the Tour of Luxembourg.
