Cerv?lo TestTeam Women Win TTT in Sweden

The women of Cerv?lo TestTeam are celebrating a  win in the Team Time Trial at the Swedish World Cup today.

Cerv?lo TestTeam came into the World Cup as defending champions in the TTT, and their defense of their title was decisive, by 1’21" over Team Columbia and Team Flexpoint in the 41.5 km TTT.

"It was a hard race, with a lot of wind," said Team Manager Thomas Campana. "But the team was really listening to the briefing we gave to them two days ago, and today it was an exceptional performance from an exceptional group of athletes. Today, definitely the strongest team won the race."

"It was a wonderful day," said Kristin Armstrong. "Today the team worked together as a unit, and we’ve been working on this since Portugal in January. We couldn’t have done it without the equipment we have from Cerv?lo and all of our other wonderful sponsors. The team is now all riding the [Cerv?lo] P4 and the bikes are perfect for these conditions."

The Swedish World Cup continues on Sunday, August 2nd with the road race.
