Phil Latz selling Bicycling Australia Magazine

Australia’s long standing Bicycling Australia magazine along with Mountain Biking Australia and the Bicycling Yearbook  have been sold by founder Phil Latz and wife Catie to Yaffa Publishing who publish dozens of consumer and business specialist magazines.

Phil Latz raced professionally for 12 years and under the umbrella of the Lake Wangary Publishing Co. successively released cycling magazines as well as the “Where to Ride’ book series. Bicycling Australia filled the void in the Australian media landscape providing regular cycling and bicycle news. The sale to Yaffa Publishing specifically includes the magazines, Bicycling Australia, Mountain Biking Australia, Bicycling Trade, Bicycling Yearbook including the upcoming eBike Australia. The other publications, distribution and online shops are retained. Bicycling Australia staff will also remain and continue to operate from the Port Kembla, Wollongong offices.

Phil Latz will also continue as the editor of Bicycling Trade and Bicycling Yearbook.
