If you have noticed the controversy surrounding the UCI and their new UCI Compliant equiptment rules plus the doping scandels that are still hang like a dark cloud over pro cycling, this scenario will be familiar. Pearl Izumi is under attack from the I.F.A.C for their "Speed Shop" clothing which give cyclists an unfair advantage.
