Shimano has teamed up with Anthill Films to produce a series of videos that showcases its 2009 mountain bike disc brakes in super delicious glossy format.
Shimano team riders Andrew Shandro, Wade Simmons and Darcy Turenne are joined in locations worldwide by the video crew Anthill with the result: a range of films that highlight Shimano Saint and Deore XT features as if they were movie stars – complete with abstract slow motion effects interwoven with fast and furious riding.
Expect more video releases with the Saint and XT featured as well as the new Deore SLX (which has its roots in Deore LX though is now MTB specific while Deore LX is for trekking).
Shimano are also sponsoring the Anthill filmmakers as they gear up to release their debut feature film "Follow Me" for early 2010.
